PHASE ONE will explore your foundation and how your beliefs affect your behavior.

In many individuals' lives, there are deep-seated issues that need to be dealt with at their core. My coaching  process is all about bringing deep change, starting with Jesus Christ as our foundation and Counselor. As you allow Him to work in your heart, layer by layer, you will experience increasing freedom from the sins and struggles that have held you captive.

The foundation of our lives profoundly impacts every aspect of our well-being. If we build our lives upon Jesus Christ and His Word, we establish a firm foundation that leads to wise decisions, healthy relationships, and positive outcomes. However, if our foundation is built on anything other than Christ, we risk facing instability, turmoil, and brokenness.

Scripture emphasizes this sure foundation in Luke 6:47-49 and 1 Corinthians 3:11. Through christian life coaching, we recognize that many individuals may have constructed their lives upon flawed beliefs, worldly values, or past traumas. Yet, healing and restoration can only occur when we rebuild upon the unchanging truth of God's Word and the redemptive work of Christ.

To facilitate true transformation, phase one provides an examination of the foundation from which you have been living. This is the first step to healing, growth, and victory. Through this process you can learn to replace faulty beliefs with the truth of God's Word, allowing yourself to build a solid and resilient foundation anchored in Christ.

PHASE TWO provides a strategic faith analysis, which will reveal the gaps between knowing about God and actually trusting God.

The root of our problems often lies in our tendency to make decisions based on our emotions, revealing a lack of faith and trust in God's nature and character. While God acknowledges the trials of life, He never intended for us to face these difficulties alone.

This brings us to two crucial questions:

  1. How do we escape the "Pits of Gloom" that we often find ourselves in?

  2. How can we learn to navigate these pitfalls and avoid falling into them in the first place?

What we believe and how we live is deeply influenced by what we fill our minds with, whether truth or falsehood. In essence, our "mental diet" shapes our thoughts, behaviors, and ultimately, our feelings. Paul illustrates this principle in Romans 8:5-6, highlighting the contrast between a mindset focused on worldly desires and one centered on spiritual truth. Our actions yield consequences, whether positive or negative (Galatians 6:7-8). Therefore, addressing the beliefs and thoughts that govern the mind is fundamental to achieving mental well-being and a life pleasing to the Lord.

This phase will provide an analysis of your faith regarding certain aspects of God. We will explore the need to embrace these truths about God's nature and character which will then raise two important questions: (1) How can you be certain that what God reveals about Himself – His nature, His character, His love for you – is true? (2) How can you trust it?

PHASE THREE will provide Scripture saturation training.

The Bible emphasizes the importance of filling our minds with scripture. When we meditate on God's Word, the Holy Spirit uses it to bring about profound transformation in our lives (Romans 12:2; Psalm 1:2-3; Hebrews 4:12). This transformation isn't merely about changing our behavior; it's about experiencing genuine change at the deepest level of our hearts and lives. It's a partnership between us and God, where we play our part by engaging with scripture, and He does His part in bringing about transformation and renewal of mind (Ephesians 4:23).

Even if we intellectually understand and agree with what the Bible says about God, there can still be a disconnect between what we know and what we truly believe. Bridging this gap requires not just intellectual assent, but a deep trust and reliance on God's Truth to shape our lives from within. This is where scripture saturation comes in.

Understanding how God has designed us is a crucial aspect of living a victorious life. Neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to reorganize and restructure itself, plays a significant role in our behavioral patterns, whether positive or negative, including addiction and habitual practices. Patterns of anxiety and depression, as well as severe conditions labeled narcissism, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and dissociative personality disorder can become deeply ingrained due to neuroplasticity dynamics, impacting our lives profoundly. These entrenched patterns affect our hearts and souls, but the good news is that God offers a solution leading to freedom. Scripture emphasizes the importance of saturating our minds with God's Word, as it holds the power to liberate us from bondage and initiate renewal and transformation. Neuroplasticity explains part of this transformative process, enabling us to become who God intends us to be and overcome even the most challenging issues.

This phase focusses on how to immerse your mind with specific verses from the Bible, allowing God to work powerfully within you. This timeless exercise is designed to entirely reshape both your thought patterns and your life. By saturating your mind with God's truth, you will experience empowerment and profound change.

PHASE FOUR will show you how to apply the specific biblical instruction to your problems, reach God-given potential, and please the Lord.

True victory and godly living stem from our ability to make wise choices and follow through with them. Without this, there's little hope for improvement. Second Peter 1:3-4 and Second Timothy 3:15-17 assures us that scripture provides all we need to be everything God requires of us. The question is: How do I bridge the gap between knowing what to do and how to do it?

This phase will lay out a strategic plan and coach you through the implementation. At this point, you will see how it all fits together and actually experience the reality of transformation.
